Sadness overcomes me seeing this, for all red ales give me a horrible headache. I've never figured out why.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot (again) are you saying that being a SAHD makes you sad?

And is it because they grow so fast that you feel you are missing out on the days you work out of the house?

Or is it because of all the bleeping housework?

I should have worded that second paragraph differently.

What I meant was do you feel you are missing out on their growth on the days you don't get to be home with them?

I think he's saying that when it comes to SAH parenting, alcohol helps. Which we SAH moms knew all along.

Well, Badger is mostly right. I was referring to this ridiculously yummy beer that is available ONLY during the time of the year in which I'm a SAHD.

No, I'm not actually sad.

P.S. Jaye, I'm guessting it's the UNmalted (i.e. roasted) barley.
Destiny. Definitely. This beer is your destiny. Bottoms up.

Well, thanks Bec. Now I have Gene Wilder screaming "Destiny! Destiny! No escaping that for me!" on a continuous loop in my brain.

I was thinking kismet (or maybe serendipity, I forget which) but yours'll do just fine.
