Happy 11th, NOS

I quote Harry Potter's Hagrid:

"It's not everyday your young man turns 11."

Happy Birthday, Numbah One Son...your old man loves ya.

Ooooh, ELEVEN. That explains a whole heck of a lot about your recent posts wrt NOS. Eleven was a BIG year for the boy child. In every sense of the word.

Happy Bday, NOS!

Now I understand what NOS stands for!! Happy birthday, NOS.

By the way Joke, I have bestowed an award upon you. It is tasteless, pointy, glittery and gaudy and would probably be best stowed away in a locked cupboard somewhere, but I found myself impelled to gift you with it nontheless. Enjoy...

Oh! Forgot to ask....
a friend at work who is an ex-pat from California (been here for 20 years or so) wants to know which part of the States you come from. We promise not to stalk you if you tell us. (Hell, at the moment I couldn't afford to stalk someone in the next suburb, let alone the states!!!)
Tell NOS that 4 guys from Australia say happy birthday. Connor said to say that 11 is a very good year. He's currently enjoying life at the same advanced age.

You've officially entered the world of living with a tween!

Shocking, isn't it, when it hits you like a space capsule falling on your head, that your kids aren't little any more?

Chin up, old chap. He's got a few more years of being your boy.
