I made chocolate mini-souffle cakes for Numbah One Son's school's booth at the Farmer's Market. I made 48. Within 20 minutes someone bought them all out.
Oh SHUT UP. Here I was feeling all accomplished because I just made these cookie things that only required four ingredients - saltines, brown sugar, butter and chocolate chips. And I made them while essentially wearing pajamas. And I will consume them likewise, but now, because of you, I will feel all inadequate while doing so. I hope you're happy!
P.S. The chocolate souffle' cakes only took: Cocoa, flour, eggs, butter and sugar. One ingredient more, and while I didn't make them in my PJs, I could have.
