(I also said I wasn't one for MoFoNoMo, either...and just lookit me) But one hath crossed mine path and, because it takes an approach dear to my heart--dine out on something yummy, and deconstruct it, and reverse-engineer it for the home kitchen--and does so well with said approach, I hereby give it my Joke Seal of Approval:
